It's hard to believe how fast life flies by! This weekend we celebrated our sweet Kaylee's 6th birthday. We were happy that my parents and our adopted grandparents were both able to be with us. I'm really amazed at how much she has changed in the past year. She's always helpful and love to play with her siblings. She is also blooming in her schoolwork and loves to read to anyone who is willing hold still long enough.
She wanted to decorate her own cake. You gotta love the Lego sand box piece, but she was happy with it.
She loves bowling and was the top scorer of all the kids (and she beat me too).
All the k-kids.
Papa treated the kids to chocolate malts and french fries.
After bowling, Kaylee enjoyed opening her presents.
I think her favorite was her new Hello Kitty outfit.
and of course, who wouldn't love window crayons. Thanks Nana and Papa!
She also got a lovely bead set from Nana Yvette and Papa Bruce and has already created some bracelets and necklaces.
One December birthday down and two more to go.
